Great that you want to participate in the healthcheck. This will give you insight into your vitality. Thanks to the personal and practical advice from our vitality coach, you’ll discover how to quickly feel energetic and resilient. And with the results, you can get started right away. You’ll receive tips and advice on how to take (even) better care of yourself. Your privacy is, of course, guaranteed.
How does it work?
Step 1
Sign up for FitzMe
Sign up for FitzMe
The healthcheck starts with filling out a questionnaire. This questionnaire is available on the FitzMe portal. To access the questionnaire, log in to the app or the portal. Don’t have an account yet? Then register yourself first. Use the button below for that.
Step 2
Fill out the questionnaire
Once you have signed up with FitzMe and logged in, you can start the questionnaire.
The questionnaire consists of various sections. For example, we ask questions about your energy level, motivation, stress perception, and lifestyle. But also about your work environment and how it affects your vitality. This provides a complete picture of the factors influencing your vitality. Completing it takes about 20 minutes. You can use a computer, laptop, tablet, or phone for this.
Step 3
View your personal report
After completing the online questionnaire, your personal report is immediately generated based on your answers. In this report, you will receive information and tips to improve your vitality right away.
You can find the report (along with the rest of your personal information) in the specially secured environment of the portal or app. They are accessible only to you.
Your privacy is therefore guaranteed. Your employer will only receive information about the entire group of participants. We never share anything with your employer that can be traced back to you. So, you’re doing this entirely for yourself!
Step 4
Schedule an appointment with the Vitality Coach!
You will discuss the results of your questionnaire with a vitality coach. The coach will help you create a plan that works for you, so you can get the best out of yourself.
The appointment for this consultation lasts 45 minutes (or 1 hour for the SD department)and will take place in the IFF office in Tilburg.
Physical Measurements
During the appointment, the coach can also perform several physical measurements, including determining your cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure. The SD department will also receive a hearing test. These measurement results are combined with the questionnaire results and incorporated into the personalized advice.
You don’t have to wait for the consultation with the vitality coach; you can get started right after completing the questionnaire! Based on your data, FitzMe will provide you with interesting resources such as articles, videos, and online training sessions. These will help you work toward a more vital life, both at home and at work. We wish you lots of success and enjoyment with FitzMe.
