The best fit for …

… a production company that focuses on vitality in the workplace annually with a vitality week.

FitzMe's approach

This production company, a medium-sized organization with around 250 employees, wanted to take a step towards a healthier and more vital work environment. The company faced a challenge: how can we inspire our employees to be more mindful of their health and energy, without it feeling like an obligation? FitzMe offered the solution with a fully customized vitality week.

To make the Vitality Week a success, we kicked off with an inspiring on-site kickoff session. During this session, the importance of vitality was discussed in an interactive and accessible manner, supplemented by personal stories from experts and participants. The goal? To enthuse and engage employees from day one.

The week itself consisted of a varied program with workshops, training sessions, and physical measurements. Here are a few highlights:

Workshops and training

Employees could participate in interactive sessions on themes such as stress management, healthy nutrition, and energy management. The sessions were offered both in-person and online, so that everyone could participate.

Physical measurements on location

For employees who wanted to gain insight into their health, we organized body composition measurements. Weight, visceral fat, biological age, and other important indicators were measured. All of this was conducted under the guidance of expert professionals.

Measuring at home with test kits

To offer even more flexibility, employees were given the option to use test kits at home. These kits provided insight into, among other things, vitamin levels and cortisol levels. The results were shared anonymously and discussed with a health advisor.

Step challenge

To motivate employees to move more, we organized a week-long step challenge. Teams could challenge each other and track their progress via an app, which generated a lot of enthusiasm and healthy competition.

Active breaks

Every day, an active break was organized, such as a short walking challenge or a relaxation exercise, to activate employees in an accessible way.

The results

Following the vitality week, employees indicated that they had become more aware of their own health and energy. The enthusiasm was high: no fewer than 851,000 of the employees participated in one or more components of the week. The management of production company XYZ immediately saw the impact on the shop floor. There was more talk about health, employees felt more energetic, and greater cohesion emerged within teams.
