When employees frequently work from home or at many different locations, the online PMO allows you to still enable them to participate in a PMO. We do this by offering both the questionnaire and the optional coaching session online.

The physical measurements are performed using a home test in which employees can determine their blood values with a test kit, with the results determined by a laboratory.
