How does it work?

The vitality check Start by filling out a questionnaire. This questionnaire is available on the FitzMe portal. To access the questionnaire, log in to the app or the portal. Don't have an account yet? Then register first. Use the button below to do so.
Step 2
Fill out the questionnaire
Once you have registered with FitzMe and are logged in, you can start the questionnaire.
The questionnaire consists of various sections. For example, we ask questions about your energy level, motivation, perception of stress, and lifestyle. We also ask about your work environment and how it affects your vitality. This provides a complete picture of the factors influencing your vitality. Completing it takes approximately 20-25 minutes. You can use a computer, laptop, tablet, or phone for this.
Step 3
Receive your personal report
After completing the online questionnaire, your personale A report has been compiled based on your answers. In that report, you will immediately receive information and tips to improve your vitality.
You will find the report (with the rest of your personal data)) in the special secure environment of the portal or the app. They are accessible only to you.
Your privacy is therefore guaranteed.. You The employer receives information only about the entire group of participants. We never communicate anything to your employer that can be traced back to you. So you are doing this entirely for yourself!
Step 4
Schedule an appointment with a vitality coach
You discuss the results from your questionnaire with a vitality coach. This helps you with a plan that works for you, so that you can get the best out of yourself.
The appointment for this consultation lasts 45 minutes and will take place in Barendrecht or Bleiswijk. Employees in the logistics departments can have the appointment scheduled by their supervisor. Employees in the other departments can schedule their appointment themselves using the questionnaire.
Physical measurements
During the appointment, the coach may also perform a number of physical measurements, including determining your cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure. These measurement results are combined with the results from the questionnaire and incorporated into the personal advice.
Step 5
Get started
You do not have to wait until the consultation with the vitality coach, You can get started right away after completing the questionnaire! Based on your data, we at FitzMe will prepare interesting information for you, such as articles and videos.’classes and online training.
