en REM-slaap voor fysiek en mentaal herstel.<\/li><li><strong>Impact van slaaptekort:<\/strong> Hoe slaaptekort leidt tot verminderde focus, creativiteit en zelfs een hogere kans op burn-out.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Slaapverstoorders en hun oplossing<\/strong><ul><li><strong>Technologie en slaap:<\/strong> Wat is de impact van blauw licht en hoe kun je dit eenvoudig minimaliseren?<\/li><li><strong>Stressmanagement:<\/strong> Hoe piekeren en spanning je slaap saboteren en welke bewezen ontspanningstechnieken dit doorbreken.<\/li><li><strong>Omgevingsfactoren:<\/strong> Tips om een slaapvriendelijke omgeving te cre\u00ebren, zoals optimale kamertemperatuur, licht en geluid.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Praktische tools voor betere slaap<\/strong><ul><li><strong>Slaapritme herstellen:<\/strong> Hoe je met een vaste bedtijd en een goede ochtendroutine je
